Recipe of the Week, Fight Inflammation with a Pineapple Tumeric Smoothie

We have several patients who have expressed a concern about inflammation, especially how they can avoid it or get rid of it. It’s a nasty issue for many and actually has some simple tricks one could use to avoid it including eating certain foods while avoiding others. Our next workshop will be based on inflammation and if you’d like more in depth information about it, we’d love for you to join us here at the office, Monday Jan 27th at 5:30pm.

With our upcoming workshop being on inflammation we thought it only fitting to have our recipe of the week be a smoothie to help combat the effects of inflammation. Use it as a snack throughout the day or even a meal replacement.
