The Foundation of Health—or Disease
Diet and nutrition are the foundation of health. Or, perhaps more truthfully—they are the foundation of disease.
Think about it. Everything you eat today will either support a healthier body tomorrow or contribute to dysfunction, inflammation, and disease. It’s that simple.
Over the past 100 years, we’ve made major strides in understanding food and nutrition. But in the process, we’ve also made some monumental mistakes. Remember when "they" told us eggs were bad and should be avoided? Or that fat was the enemy and needed to be eliminated from our diets?
“They” got it wrong.
And it didn’t stop there. Decades ago, someone figured out how to strip all the nutrients from wheat to create white flour that could sit on a shelf for years without spoiling. “They” called it an improvement. Just add back in some synthetic vitamins and everything’s fine, right?
Wrong again.
Today, “they” are saying that GMO (genetically modified) corn and soybeans are perfectly safe for human health. But based on their track record… can we really trust that they know what they’re talking about?
It’s time to trust common sense, not corporate science. Eat whole foods. Avoid the packaged, processed, artificial stuff. Nature provides what we need—if we’re wise enough to listen.
Your health tomorrow depends on what you eat today.
